Refund and cancellation policy
Sold by Cameron Butler, sole trader, New Zealand, through Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record. Prices are in US dollars and shown tax-inclusive where tax applies to you.
Cancelling
Cancel from the billing page in your account at any time, in one click. No email, no notice period, no question asked. Renewal stops immediately and the service runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, whether that is a month or a year. Nothing renews after that.
Refund of your first invoice
We refund your first invoice in full, on request, within 14 days of paying it. This applies to the monthly plan and the annual plan alike, and you do not have to give a reason. Request it from the billing page, or email support@cashbox.nz. Renewal stops at the same time.
Refunds after that
After the first 14 days, refunds are limited to verified non-delivery: if we did not run the checks or send the reports you paid for, we refund the amount paid for the affected period. Tell us what was missing and when, and we will check our own records before answering. We do not refund because a change was expected and reported, or because a change was not the one you hoped to see; the service records what was observed.
Annual plans
An annual plan is a prepayment, not a lock-in. The 14-day refund applies to it in full. If you cancel later in the year, the service runs to the end of the paid year and does not renew; we do not refund the unused months unless the non-delivery rule above applies.
If we end the service
If we stop offering Sequrit, we give 30 days' notice and refund unused fees.
How to ask
Email support@cashbox.nz, or use the support page in your account. We answer within one business day, New Zealand hours, Monday to Friday. Because Paddle is the merchant of record, the money returns by the method you paid with, and Paddle's own receipt and dispute process also remains available to you.
Your statutory rights
